Columbus Moving Image Art Review 51 is July 8th at the Vanderelli Room

The Columbus Moving Image Art Review (CMIAR) will host its 51st quarterly local moving image screening event on Friday, July 8th starting at dusk (approx. 9:15pm) outdoors at the Vanderelli Room in Franklinton on the corner of Mc Dowell and Rich.

CMIAR is a screening event for artists residing in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. CMIAR was developed by two local moving image artists to create an outlet to exhibit all forms of moving image art produced in the Central Ohio area, as part of single curated show.

CMIAR has been screening local work by artists four times a year since 2009 and continues to focus on showcasing local Central Ohio and Statewide moving image works of animation, narrative shorts, documentaries and video art. CMIAR 51 has the pleasure of opening the evening with music from We Amplify Voices’ latest projects. We also invite attendees to bring their blankets, lawn chairs, and refreshments to enjoy during the outdoor screening event.
